Was totally shocked that after my visit concluded and it was revealed through his questioning that I was homosexual and engaged in anal sex, he told me in a very strange and uncomfortable way "Don't do that." I had a follow-up appointment, and during the exam his questioning strangely seemed to be digging toward finding out if my insurance was going to cover the visit. Upon the conclusion of the visit, I discovered they actually had a phone set up on the outside of the desk (and I don't think this was by accident), and they had me use it to call my insurance company to straighten things out. I thought his behavior was very unprofessional.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.
