I have been a patient of Dr. Pumphrey's for several years. She and her staff always pay close attention to me and all of my questions. Their staff is very friendlyand welcoming They are warm and professional, and make every effort to keep you comfortable during the whole experience. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely continue to receive my dental care from Blue River Dental! I have had other dental experiences, and they were by far the best I've ever dealth with.

They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. All the equipment at this office seems a little old and outdated. It's usable, but just barely. Both Dentist are in it for the $$. Make up things that do not need done to your teeth to increase the insurance payment. Very poor business establishment
