They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not.
