They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research.
