Office staff is rude and unprofessional. Upon getting an appt with this doctor, you are asked a series of question as to why you need to see Dr. Datta, how long you have lived in Hagerstown and why you aren't seeing your previous physician any longer. Then Dr. Datta reviews your information that his "office manger" has obtained and makes a determination as to whether or not he will even accept you as a patient. I asked why they would ask such personal questions that don't pertain to your health and was simply told that the doctor just wants to know. This determination took a week in my case as a healthy adult and I have excellent insurance! Something just doesn't seem right with this practice and I decided that my health and who I trust with it is just too important and chose to take my business elsewhere.

They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were.

I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day.
