They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I wish they had made an extra effort to use better toothpaste during my cleaning. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature

Does this provider always put the customer first?

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
