They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
