This is the WORST dental office I have ever been to! I liked Dr. Losier, but the other dentists were pretty worthless. I went in for tooth pain in one tooth. They did an xray from top to bottom after they checked my insurance. Before the dentist checked what is wrong with my one tooth, they checked all my teeth & documented what I had wrong & talked amongst themselves behind me & poorly communicated what I was needing done. Ive been to this dental office twice & I always feel like I really don't know what is going on. They immediately got me in for a cleaning but I had to wait to get my tooth pain taken care of for 3 weeks! So after my cleaning & 6 visitis later, i got my one tooth taken care of in 2 months. They don't communicate with the patient very well, and you don't get anything done until they give you the estimate of how much you will owe. Every time I had an appointment they had me scheduled for the wrong thing. I always had to tell them what I was there for. The office staff is not very nice & the manager Amanda is hateful on the phone and in person! Nobody acts like they enjoy their jobs & they are always gossiping about patients. I always see snickering and gossipping about patients. This office is unprofessional and I will never go back again!

When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. After seeing how dirty the office was I left. I have now visited two Aspen Dental locations in Indiana and both were so dirty I found another dentist.

I have never seen such dirty buildings for any kind of Doctor.
