The technicians are friendly, but the management and orthodontist Dr. Schuber are money hungry. I was always offered and pressured into services I didn't need in order to make them money. Recently I went in to have my permanent retainer fixed and was charged $70 just to come in, and all that was done was that the cement was removed from my teeth where the broken retainer had been.
