The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect #fullname~this provider#. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return. When I left my appointment, I honestly couldn't tell if they cleaned my teeth or not. They didn't feel any cleaner at all. I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I've been to other dentists that weren't gentle while they were flossing my teeth so I was nervous I would encounter that here but I didn't at all. Their staff isn't organized at all. I didn't even get a call to remind me about my upcoming appointment. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.
