Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I had a medical problem after a procedure (not a good thing), and called the doctor for days without hearing a word. Finally I got the on-call Doctor who was not in the practice, I think she was in Pakistan, who said I needed to see the doctor immediately. When I called the next day the receptionist said, "Go to the ER, and don't bother us any more". Bother? All I was doing was following their on-call instructions. Apparently it isn't profitable to do anything but procedures. Seeing a patient takes away from Golf.

Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They do not keep the restrooms well-stocked here. No paper towels, toilet paper, or even a toilet seat cover! I had nothing to clean up with.

This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me.

If I did not believe Dr Zuckerman was talented I wouldn’t have driven 10 hours, round-trip, to see him for an epidural injection into my neck. However, a physician’s skill is half of what makes a medical procedure successful.

Prior to the procedure they did not advise me to make limited use of my arms and neck after the injection , something that I later learned is recommended by experts. A rude nurse simply asked me to sign the consent form and then left the room. I was too nervous to ask any question.

They did not provide me with the instructions about how to be prepared before going to my appointment either.

Two days after the injection I experienced a pain-free life after months, excitedly I lifted heavy coats with my right arm, that was previously too weak to use, and again experienced pain.…..

Unfortunately, Dr. Zuckerman hesitates to complete the treatment since my blood pressure dropped after the injection. I’ve also learned from experts that modern spinal injections are performed with a mild IV sedation, but they do not do this. I am so disappointed!

Apparently they expect to get paid for that visit, but how about the expectation from a pain management clinic?
