Lack of professional behavior and assistance from office manager. As a patient I was made to feel like my symptoms and reoccurring sinus infections was minor compared to other patients. I was constantly forced to use the patient portal rather than speaking with a human being.

Worst experience I have ever had with a physician's office. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional office in my life. My son was seen there for food allergies. We were referred to an outside lab for further testing & went right away. It took me following up with Family Asthma and Allergy a month later & then again weekly for another month to get any results back... with no apology or concern for the delay. We were then scheduled for a food challenge. My son got sick the weekend before & so I had to cancel the morning of the appointment & reschedule. Their incompetent office staff rescheduled for the incorrect date & tried to blame & charge me for a missed visit. I then canceled the rescheduled visit because my son had been exposed to the allergen he was to be "challenged" for & did fine (and explained this when I called) 3 days in advance. They tried to blame & charge me for another missed visit. On top of all of this, their witch of an office manager was the most unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate, lying JOKE I have ever come across. She accused me of 4 missed visits when there were none, only rescheduled ones, & of shouting at her when I did not even have the chance because she wouldn't let me speak. On top of that, she hung up on me.... twice! Even if my experience had been better, I would never return, and will make sure others do the same. I could care less about being wrongly charged for a missed visit but being treated like I was not even human is inexcusable.
