They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. The office was easy enough to find.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed.
