Dr Roach and the clinical staff are great!!! The receptionist is the biggest issue with this office. Her knowledge of medical coding is limited and has cost me $250 in the past. I let this go, even after I made arrangements for her to speak with oral surgeon staff to help her with the coding, however my $30 outstanding bill for 6 months had her hounding me and making "special" arrangements for "my kind". It is beyond me why she would call me for payment 1 week prior to family appts when she KNOWS the exact date and time that we will be in the office with my 3 kids. I have always paid when it was convenient, as they have no online payments and I am not local (I am very bad about snail mailling anything). So for $30 they lost all 4 of us.
