Very friendly and knowledgeable staff starting with reception through the dentist. They take their time and answer any questions you might have. They never rush you through a process or out of the office.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Dr. Laura is wonderful!! I saw here in Dunlap when she was there, and now in New Paris. She is kind, and keeps you very informed! Dr. Laura and all her staff is extremely nice, and it is always a positive experience every time I go. Thank you to them!
