They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. The doctors and nurses are qualified and are willing to listen to suggestions. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
The office staff is horrendous they fail to call you back on numerous occasions, including failing to call you to setup appointments promised by the care providers. They fail to help you get referrals to other providers.
They charge Co-pays and fees at the visit but will bill you again for fees already paid. (don't give them cash, write a check or use credit card) The office staff will dodge your calls and play games, saying 'you must speak to office manger ,but she is always busy (also too busy to return calls). They don't get messages left by answering service.(If you need to change or cancel appointments send an e-mail and print a copy for proof) They schedule you for appointments when they aren't open. They will discharge you after you miss enough appointments(even though it's not your fault) Office staff are unwilling to resolve any issues. The medical practioners are friendly and knowledgeable enough, although eager to give unnecessary vaccines and shots, also very cavalier and coarse toward physical pain, they will let you suffer a long time before managing pain levels. Overall I think the practice could really improve if the office management stepped up their game.
