His office staff is completely incompetent regarding insurance, they do not know the proper procedures for filing claims or charging the plans negotiated fees.
The dentist is okay at best. He's not very patient with children.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.
