They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they are very patient with me asking many questions and the for ones they don't know they ask the doctor. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I get nervous before starting a procedure from having bad experiences with a previous dentist and she (Dr. Bollmeier) always takes the time to make sure I'm okay and ready. She tells me that we can get my mouth healthy together. The office is really nice and has a welcoming warmth to it. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. I don't know that I would say I enjoy going to the dentist but it's as close as possible with Dr. Bollmeier. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone, especially if you get nervous going to the dentist.

I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. Not only are they recommended by other dentists, other dentists are always calling asking for advice. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
