They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it.
