Time always drags when I'm in the waiting room unless they have a good magazine selection, and they definitely do here. Time flew by while I was reading them. Probably because I only waited less than five minutes. Whenever I see Dr Townsend, he and his staff alwasy makes me feel like I'm his only patient. I've always felt very respected. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations. I have been a patient now for more than five years.
