They are extremely reliable, and have never canceled any of my appointments. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. The wait in the waiting room always feels ten times longer when they don't have a good magazine selection, but they have one of the best selections I've ever seen here. They were very entertaining and up-to-date. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. If I were to compare them to other psychiatrists I've seen, I would definitely say they were one of the best.
