They did not tell me anything about how my teeth would look after the braces, so I have no idea what to expect. It was just assumed that they would be straighter. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I was perturbed at how rude and unwelcoming they were. I thought I might catch a chill with how cold they were to me. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. Extremely disappointed in the outcome and would recommend going to another orthodontist before Dr. Thomas. I feel like this situation is one that if I knew then what I know now about orthodontics, I would never have gone to Dr. Thomas.
