It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Dr. Chen is very kind and gentle, her staff is super friendly and go beyond what I have ever received anywhere else. Her asst loren is a sweet girl and the office manager Tina always goes beyond her job title for my family.

We love Dr. Chen and her staff. She is careful and through. In fact, when our insurance changed, we were forced to use another dentist last year, and this year, we chose to pay extra for our dental coverage just so that we could go back to Dr. Chen.
