I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

My experience with with Dr. Ulrich was wonderful. I'm in IL from out of town and had an emergency. I walked in without making an appointment and they immediately got me in for a free consultation without a scheduled appointment. The staff were very friendly and Dr. Ulrich was very kind, respectful and attentive to my needs. He spent nearly an hour with me going over my concerns and explaining in depth what he felt should be done. Though this was a free appointment, and he knew I wouldn't be back in his office, he encouraged me to call with any questions. I've been to many doctors this last year, and he was my favorite. Very knowledgeable, respectful and interested in my well being.
