Fantastic physician. Outstanding diagnostician. Personality terrific.

Appears to be poor communication between physician and staff.

Clerical matters very deficient. If you want something done, you need to bypass the office staff and go directly to the physician to get anything done.

I was impressed with the physician. All my questions were answered, and I feel confident that I was provided the best care possible. The staff was not friendly in the least; I really didn't feel welcome. I felt like the medical assistant or nurse ?? really dislikes patients and dislikes her job and the duties she is required to perform. She seems to have a very bad attitude and exhibits a very poor tone with the patients. She is always very rude and short with patients both on the phone and in person. She seems very annoyed that a patient calls for an appointment or appears for their appointment. Maybe she should seek employment where she has no contact with the public, especially not with sick people that need some compassion. The waiting room at this doctor's office was comfortable.
