The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. They were friendly and gracious the entire appointment and made me feel at home. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
