They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

Kallal was recommended by a local Hinsdale dentist for implant work (2 lower molars). I had no dental insurance. Full payment before work was demanded. Like a fool I gave him over $4000 dollars. The implants were never put in. In all, he and his helpers spent about 2 hours with me. I asked for my money back. In return I got no money and some legalese-type letters offering the work to be done by some other doctor in his practice. I did not want that; I asked for a partial refund to go somewhere else. He kept 100% of my money.
