Most of the time, they didn't return my calls, or bother to send me reminders of when it was time to return for a cleaning, etc. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. My daughter's retainer was placed incorrectly, and after repeated complaints they refused to fix it. She was in pain and told the doctor several times that it was crooked. She's now on her second set of braces because Dixon did such a sloppy job. The orthodontist asked me "what's wrong with your daughter's teeth? Don't you think she has a beautiful smile?" like I was the one at fault. They were very rude to me, and even said in front of my child "the mom's a pain, but dad's okay", while she was getting her teeth worked on. In addition, their bookkeeping was terrible and they neglected to post at least 3 payments, so we ended up paying again (not my idea). To add insult to injury, the Dixon's came to my business and wrote a bad check which after nearly 10 years has never been paid. I guess they're professional in some people's estimation, but in a higher class neighborhood they wouldn't last a week.
