The hygienist grabbed my mouth closed when applying suction during cleaning. Seemed to think that pulling teeth was first option rather than doing everything to keep my dental work and tooth that was partially crowned. Equipment seemed a bit outdated to those I used in Quad Cities dental clinic. Receptionists seemed very nice and helpful. Dentist did not say much, but she did attempt to answer questions I had about gum irritation.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I feel like my appointment was pointless. Nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I saw the dentist for literally 5 minutes during the first appointment. The second appointment, I didn't see her at all. I just went to get my teeth cleaned, and it was the most painful experience of my life (even with gas) and my gums and teeth have hurt severely since then. I do NOT recommend this dental office to anyone.
