They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
