Fantastic results from a fantastic doctor. However, recently the staff up front has become rude and discourteous. For example, I called to inform that I was running 10 minutes late. I rescheduled for the same day and when I showed up a mere 3 minutes late, they turned me away. This surprised me considering that I have waited for my appointments for up to an hour and a half. When I go to reschedule my appointments, there is usually a blonde girl who can't seem to make eye contact or respond to my questions. Just tells me in a hollow tone when my next appointment is and never offers appointment cards. Such a shame that I am now looking into other offices other than my long term doctor due to unskilled employee's like Cheryl. Kim is also quite nasty on the phone. The disrespectful attitudes up front do not appropriately depict that way Dr. Baldone handles her patients.
