I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. The toothpaste that they used during my cleaning did not taste good at all. I couldn't wait to spit it out.
