While we were initially happy with this office because of how good they were with my 6 year old, we're now regretting ever going there. Office staff told me that they would check to see if they accepted my insurance. Never once did they tell us that they're not in network so now we're stuck with a big bill when all we would have had to pay was a $25.00 copayment. I know that ultimately it was on us to check with our insurance first, but it's still sh***y that they did this.

I recently took my 4 year old son in for a frenectomy that was performed by Dr. Trost. From the moment he met her, she was extremely warm with him and kept him smiling. During the actual procedure, she kept him at ease with friendly chatter. Dr. Trost and her team made sure that the procedure was as painless as possible and afterwards he was left with minimal discomfort. She even followed up with him to make sure that he was doing well. He had a very positive experience and I would highly recommend Dr. Trost and her team to anyone looking for a caring dentist for their child.
