I went to this office in 2008 in SEVERE right ear pain. It was worse than natural childbirth. The receptionist refused to have me seen, indicating I could take a 2:00 appointment. At around lunch, my right ear drum ruptured. Two days later, after an ER visit because of the pain, I got Bell's Palsy. This sent me right back to the ER. I lived unable to smile for 5 weeks. I had to tape my right eye shut at bedtime because it couldn't blink or close on it's own. I still have permanent tinunitis, hearing loss, pressure changes, and constant dryness in my right eye. I have sent Purchase ENT a letter hoping to keep this from happening to someone else. I should have sued them.
