He was'nt friendly at all. It almost seemed like they were trying to be rude. . I s in the Hospital with kidney stones and asked for a Second Opinion which was from him and he came into my room very rood ad said that I needed to go home NOW that I didnt need to be in Hospital and Said I had a 5 MM stone on the left and that it would be no problem to pass I tried to explain to him that I had a 5 mm stone in january that would not pass and had to have lithotripsy to ge it and he didnt want to listen he saId that th MD who treated me in Januaryn did not know aht he was talking about. I made a mistake of seeking a scond opinion due to fact I was having recurrent stone over 20 since Dec 2011 and was wanting a second look at what was causing them. BIG MISTAKE DR KUPPER is RUDE and I DO NOT TRUST HIM AT ALL

Trust me. Do NOT go to this provider. The Doctor is wonderful but his staff is uncaring and very unprofessional. The Billing department will not listen to you. I was lied to by the Appt Schedular, the Nurse and even the Office Manager.
