Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Whenever I go, I have to repeat myself and tell them again who I am and why I'm there. They must keep horrible medical records, and it's so annoying having to repeat myself all the time. Whenever I tried to get a simple question answered over the phone, they always said they couldn't answer it unless I scheduled an appointment. It was so frustrating having to drive all the way down there just to get a question answered. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.
