They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I don't remember if there was music on or not. However it would not have bothered me either way. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
