Friendliness: Ok
Cleanliness: Good
Helpfulness: Initially

I have been here a few times, but only because it took me all the guts in the world to even walk in the door. What's good is I have had a few bad infections (abscess) and I was treated with Antibiotics and Pain medicines right away after an initial visit. That's great.

Now let's talk about the visit. I have a very low tolerance for pain. This dentist is a gun slinger in the chair. she will give you the pre-numbing wand and within 2 seconds jab that needle right in your gums without a second thought, and then another few squirts here and there. Within less than a minutes she will pull out that drill and get ready to go before your gums and teeth even have a chance to react to the Novocain!!

I have had to tell her to slow down numerous times. There is no music in the office, no fish tanks to calm your nerves. The rooms are about 6 feet long and 8 feet wide, a jail cell if you will. With nothing but the sound of your panicked breathing and drill hitting your teeth to listen too.

At this point this is when I start to clench up and go into panic mode. The first time I went in here with the first infection. It never subsided all the way so she popped it with a tool, and began the procedure, I thought my life was ending. I was literally in tears, and all she kept saying was, oh it's just pressure it doesn't hurt. WELL IT DID HURT!! ALOT! Not only that, but she will give you a look like your wasting her time if she has to stop because your uncomfortable. Her assistant doesn't help either she just sit there with the stupid suck straw saying "Your doing so good, so good, just hang in there" over and over like a patronizing parrot.

And yes you read me correctly earlier, I have been here a few times, and after writing this...I don't think I will anymore. I need to find a place with bigger rooms, comfort, and probably that uses gas and anesthetic.

My teeth cleaning was very uncomfortable. I feel like a lot of the pain I experienced could have been avoided if they had been more careful. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods.
