Dr. Connaughton is rude, has a terrible, egotistical bedside manner, is ALWAYS at least a half hour late (without apology), you can tell the staff don't like him, and he prescribed my mother an antibiotic a second time after she explained she'd had an allergic reaction to the first prescription, nearly killing her. I've been going to Emerald Dental for thirty years or more (since I got teeth!) but will never go back again. Additionally, their billing is always screwed up and I always have to fix it with them and my insurance company.
