I went in with a loose filling on one of my back teeth, and left with the appearance and functionality of my FRONT teeth totally destroyed. I had strong, healthy, good-looking front teeth with no spaces between them, and Dr. Sinnard took a grinder to my front teeth, removed the enamel, and ground away the sides and bottoms of my front teeth, making them shorter, narrower, and darker, and adding large gaps between my front teeth where there were none offered no explanation or apology, and smugly refused when I cried and asked for compensation just so that I could get the damage repaired. If Dr. Sinnard makes a mistake, he will not do anything to correct it.

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

A couple, but not very many

Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt!

No, they never pressured me
