Doctor Lorenzetti's office is absolutely horrible. The clerical staff is rude and lazy. I have had numerous experiences where I leave or get off the phone angry. Last year I drove 45 minutes to get to my appointment, sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes, then finally got to a room where I proceeded to wait for 2 hours! No one stopped by to tell me what was going on or anything. About 45 minutes into my waiting I assumed they forgot about me so I had to walk around the hallway to find someone and they told me that Dr Lorenzetti had an emergency earlier in the day and still hadn't shown up. Would have been nice to know! So I went back into my room to wait (in a gown- by the way). Finally after waiting over 2 hours in that room they came in and said, "we need to reschedule". So, needless to say I was not happy after taking off work, driving far, and waiting for so long only to be told they had to reschedule me. Also- they are terrible about prescriptions. I am currently trying to deal with them because I have run into the same issue I ran into before with them. I called my pharmacy to see what was going on with my prescription that automatically refills monthly. They said that they received a notification that my doctor must be contacted before refilling. That was last week! My pharmacy and I have both been calling my doctor's office everyday to get this resolved (as I need my prescription) and they wont call either one of us back. I just tried calling again and was put on hold for 15 mintues and never had the opportunity to talk to anyone. They clearly do not care about their patients health or needs. The staff is just completely non-helpful and rude. If you want to go somewhere that makes you feel comfortable and like they care, this is NOT the place
