I am nervous about visiting dentists. I don't like the scraping, cleaning, drilling, novacaine needle...none of it. I picked this dentist because their website reminded me of the dentist I had in Memphis that I was comfortable with. The receptionists when I arrived for my first visit were friendly, we chatted about horses while I filled out my paperwork and waited to be called back. The wait was only a few minutes. The hygenist who cleaned my teeth was friendly and gentle. She answered my questions and then let me zone out on my ipod while she worked. She never hurt me and was quick with the parts of cleaning I had told her I liked least. When I came back to get the filling I needed the wait again wasn't long (10 minutes) and the dentist still apologized that I had to wait. He answered questions before he began working. I told him I was scared of the needle but when he injected the novacaine I barely felt it. He was conscientious of my reactions throughout the procedure. I was very impressed by how careful he was to make sure I had a good experience. The whole staff was wonderful, I highly recommend them!

Absolutely
Did the environment feel well thought out with a holistic approach in mind?
Everything was well thought out for comfort and general well being. They took a wonderful holistic approach.
Did your provider offer a holistic approach to your experience with them?
I felt that I received so much value from my appointment because of the thoroughly holistic approach they had in place. It's rare. Thank you!
