Dr. Campbell is not nice, ask to see Dr. Reeves!
I took my college student to Dr. Campbell 2 years in a row for her yearly check up. Dr. Campbell was close to my house and my daughter wanted a female Dr.

After the first visit my daughter complained that Dr. Campbell was rude and talked down to her. After the second visit my Daughter said she would not go back.

On the second visit my Daughter went in for a healthy check up. Which is covered by our insurance 100%. Because my Daughter asked her about her weight gain we were charged for the office visit. There was NO treatment of any kind just a simple question and we are out $50.00. My insurance say because there was not treatment the Dr. should not have listed anything about the weight gain issue and the visit would have been covered with the check up.

This was a low down dirty thing for Dr. Campbell to do. You would like she would waive the fee seeing as how there was not treatment but she has not. We will not go to her again.

Dr. Reeves on the other hand works in the same office. He is FRIENDLY and informative. We were able to ask question during my other 2 kids check ups and was never charged more for anything.

No. I still haven't talked to them.
