They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was efficient, but didn't always smile. I am happy with Dr Ewy and her attentiveness to my needs. She has great chairside manner, friendly, quick to smile, glad to see me and she was efficient to give me referrals as needed. Her nurses were always quick to return a call if needed. All my questions to her were answered. Only one referral left much to be desired, but no fault of hers.

A family member was a patient of Dr Ewy. In the entire 2 months that Dr Ewy was her dr, she never once saw Dr. Ewy. She was only allowed to see the nurse practitioner. Her nurse practitioner made changes in medications without any consultation with the patient or her family and these were made on 2 different Friday afternoons with no access to Dr Ewy and the doctors on call would not make
any changes because they had never seen the patient!!!!! Well, Dr. Ewy had never seen her either!!!!! Dr Ewy was only on call once and that was the weekend just before my family member passed away. One of Dr. Ewy's staff member's lack of efficiency nearly caused my family member to receive an overdose of pain medication. We complained time and again about not being able to see the actual dr and even joked about her not existing. I promised my family member that I would go to all of the sites that show Dr.Ewy with high recommendations and write a review, so that others would be forewarned in hopes that this would not happen to them!
