We tried hard to work with this lab to make a partial for one of our patients. After several attempts which included the owner blaming us, the finished product was amateurish at best. It was not polished, it appeared dull and as if it was still wax. The clasps were not right, there was pink acrylic in between the teeth--it was subpar work. The patient thought it was horrible, WE thought it was horrible, and quite frankly it's a wonder he stays in business! We have another case with this lab that has been having the same type of problems. Needless to say, we want this done right, so we are going elsewhere. I couldn't recommend this lab for any type of prosthetics.
