When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated.
