I had a cracked tooth that happened while at a hospital for a mild heart attack. Most dentists fear working on a patient with blood thinners but Dr. Ferrill and his team took me immediately and took me out of pain! I used to go to a local dentist who had great credentials and a very large A/V budget. I saw more electronics, TVs, video feeds in his office than I ever did at Best Buy. Dr. Ferrill is a home-town dentist. He actually looks you in the eye and not through 3 layers of plexiglass. His assistants talk to you as a person and not tune you into a Rachael Ray show as they push you through to get to the next patient. It was a wonderful experience that I thought was lost in this day and age. He has a patient for as long as I live in this area. Thank you Dr. Ferrill.
