When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. Their employees are INCREDIBLY rude, dismissive, and unprofessional in every manner possible. I would never return to this dentist office, no matter how dire the emergency.
