I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
