HORRIBLE! I had an appointment and talked to her about birth control, because I've had negative experiences with it in the past. She didn't care what I had to say and gave me a different birth control with the same estrogen in it. I should have expected this since when I called and talked to them about the same situation a while back they hardly listened and didn't try to work with me at all. I thought they were suppose to help people when they're approached about birth control, not aggravate and discourage them to the point they don't want to take it at all. I'm never going back and wouldn't recommend it.
